CBS Sports Radio hosts tear up and recall producer pooping his pants on-air during emotional sendoff

Friday wasn’t the first time tears were shed on The DA Show. One of Morash’s first viral moments on CBS Sports Radio came in 2014, when he broke down on the airwaves while talking about Derek Jeter retiring from the Yankees. Shaun Morash officially exited CBS Sports Radio’s The DA Show Friday morning. Starting Monday, he will join WFAN’s new afternoon drive program with Evan Roberts and Tiki Barber. After 10 years with Damon Amendolara, Friday’s show paid homage to Morash, also known as Mraz, who is undoubtedly one of the most unique personalities in radio.Amendolara described having a sort of epiphany at the end of last year, recognizing that at some point in the near future, The DA Show was probably going to change.Just as Morash cried over Jeter’s goodbye, The DA Show was now crying over their pants-pooping producer’s goodbye.

r/siriusxm on Reddit: Is the D.A. Show on Mad Dog Sports Radio going to last?

My biggest reason for saying so is that aside from a few shows here and there, so much of the show's theme is DA's lead in, throwing to Babchik, commercial, DA rebuttal / follow up, throw to Babchik, commercial, Babchik story, DA & board op reactions, rinse and repeat. I reluctantly (not a fan of their past business practices) subscribed to SiriusXM only because D.A. moved from Audacy. I have maybe listened to 3 months worth of shows and just can't consistently listen, at least not easily. I might go days without listening between shows and weeks later tune in without being able to discern it wasn't the exact same show..End Rant. And for those who may not know.. now I do have a job, Damiennn! Share ... Not the point of your post, but if your stuck in your car, the morning show on NBA radio is really good.I agree 💯. It's okay. When the show first started it was funny. Babecheck Schick is getting old.. ... I agree with this so much that I could have written this post. I've both listened and called into Da and Babs since the show launchedq and it's a tough daily listen.Basically Howard Stern Jr in the number of days he takes off. Long time listeners will remember the Super Bowl trivia MDSR used to run two weeks before the SB. It was cut two years and the producer Bill Zimmerman was fired. Talk about can't miss radio, that contest was it. So fun to listen to. MDSR and MDU is just a national repeat of the same old sports talking points. ... I liked it best when it was Babchik and Evan. This new show is too structured for Babs.
